HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are shipped within 5 to 7 days business days.
(Due to the pandemic shipping is a bit longer than expected). Wigs will take 3-6 days. Please allow 24-72 hours to receive your tracking number for your bundle purchases. All notifications are sent to the purchaser's email.

Business hours are Tuesday thru Friday, 11am-5pm (afternoon appts are
available)
Saturday 9am-1pm EST.
CAN I PICK UP MY HAIR, OR MY ONLINE ORDER, IF I'M LOCAL?
Yes, however there is a 2-hour minimum processing wait time. Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation text or email.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGES ARE LOST OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; all claims should be filed with the courier. (Please make sure your address is correct when placing an order.)
CAN MY ITEMS BE RETURNED?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS.

HOW LONG WILL YOUR CAMBODIAN BUNDLES LAST?
Our Cambodian extensions can last through multiple installs. 6 to 8 months if cared for properly.
